DAY 1

The first day of CASC begins with the opening session where all delegates gather for roll call and important information for the summit. After the opening session delegates will head to their respective caucuses to discuss the agenda topics with countries from their region. Following the caucuses, delegates head to their session for a full day of debate. After debate has wrapped up for the night, delegates will be able to socialize with their committee and other delegates at the delegate dance – a fun social event with activities for everyone.

10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Council Sessions

12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Lunch

2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.  Council Sessions

2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Advisor Meeting

5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.   Dinner

7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.  Council Sessions

9:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.   Social Event

DAY 2

The second day of CASC is an exciting finish to the conference. The day begins with council sessions and continues until the closing session and awards ceremony. The closing session provides a great end to the conference with honors for delegates announced. Once MAIAC is adjourned delegates can’t wait for next year!
